Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for a different size, colour, or product variant within 7 days of the original item's delivery date, subject to product availability.

  Change of Mind: For exchanges initiated due to a customer's change of mind, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. A shipping fee for the new item will also apply.

  Product Defect: If the exchange is due to a verified product defect or an error on our part (wrong item shipped), bazario.lk will cover all related shipping costs.
  

Return & Refund Conditions

All returns require prior authorization from our Customer Service team.

  Change of Mind Returns: Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of delivery. A shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  Defective or Incorrect Item Returns: For items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, you are eligible for a full refund (including original shipping costs). Please contact us immediately upon receipt.
  

Return Process

   Contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization and schedule a pickup.
   
2. 
   Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories. Please have the parcel ready at the time of pickup.
   
3. 
   Our designated courier partner will collect the return package directly from your provided premises at the scheduled time.
   
4. 
   Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
   

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, bazario.lk will initiate the refund to your original method of payment as swiftly as possible, typically within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.

Please note: The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends entirely on your payment processor and bank. Bazario.lk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
